The subseries Dacey v. Shultz documents Jabara's role as attorney for the prosecution in the Norton Dacey v. George Shultz case, which challenged national tax-exempt status of the Jewish fundraising organizations United Jewish Appeal and Reconstituted Jewish Agency claiming that these organizations were raising money to fund the political activities of the state of Israel.
